20–30 minutesPrecise impressions of your upper and lower teeth are taken, along with a bite record in a slightly advanced jaw position. This data is used to fabricate your device in a dental laboratory to exact specifications.
Device Fabrication
2–3 weeksYour custom anti-snore guard is manufactured in a specialist dental laboratory from high-quality, biocompatible materials. The device is designed to hold your lower jaw in the optimal forward position to open your airway during sleep.
Fitting Appointment
30 minutesWe fit your device, check it sits securely and comfortably, and show you how to insert, remove and clean it. The device includes a titration (adjustment) mechanism allowing you to gradually advance the jaw position for the best balance of comfort and effectiveness.
Review & Adjustment
